Privacy notice
This site collects nothing about you. No cookies, no statistics, no analytics tools. There is nothing to accept before you can use it.
Below we set that out in detail — and explain what happens when you write to us or go on to a sign-up form.

What this site does not do
- it stores no cookies and nothing in your browser
- it uses no analytics — neither Google Analytics nor any other
- it embeds no third-party scripts or widgets
- the fonts are on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google for them
Server logs
Like every site on the internet, ours runs on a server that records technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser type.
This serves security and fault diagnosis only. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are held by the hosting provider; how long they are kept follows that provider’s own policy.
The “Write to us” window
It sends nothing. It composes the message and hands it to your own mail program — you decide whether to press send.
If you do send it, we process what the message contains solely in order to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns requires.
Signing up for the prom
Volunteer applications run on a separate service: wolontariuszbalu.schtomy.pl. When you press the button you leave this site.
The data you enter there is processed in order to organise the prom. The form itself sets out the details.
Guests are invited individually. An invitation is arranged by email — the same correspondence described in the “The ‘Write to us’ window” section above.
Videos
YouTube recordings do not load by themselves. Until you click, you see an ordinary image served from our own server.
Once you click, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google’s terms apply from that moment.
Photographs
Photographs from previous editions are published with the consent of the people shown in them.
If you are in one of them and would like it gone, write to shine@proemzako.pl. We will remove it without questions and without asking for a reason.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to object to processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Changes
If we ever start using analytics or other external tools, we will update this page — and where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before anything runs.
